UBACS MTP — original Under Body Armour Combat Shirt (UBACS) of the latest generation (PCS) of the British Armed Forces, worn under body armour Osprey. The Personal Clothing System (PCS) is the British individual clothing system, an analogue of the American multi-layer "ECWCS" system. PCS was created to replace the previous generation Combat Soldier 95 (CS95) clothing set, introducing a number of improvements:
- Modern materials that make it possible to maximise body heat retention with a lower material weight.
- Improved temperature control and its regulation through the use of new materials and technologies.
- Better and more convenient use of the clothing together with body armour

Infrared Reflective Remission (IRR) is a technology for reducing the user's visual signature so that they resemble the surrounding environment when viewed through night vision cameras. IRR technology works by creating visual interference caused by multi-layer infrared reflections for each colour in the image, which has a specific reflection wavelength in order to blend with the colours in the infrared spectrum. As a result, the user's visibility at night is significantly reduced thanks to a reflectivity that mimics the same wavelength as snow, stones, various urban buildings, trees and other green vegetation.
