Waterproof Smock PCS MVP MTP

Original waterproof smock of the British Army. The main difference from the Windproof Smock is the MVP membrane layer (the British equivalent of Gore-Tex), which makes the smock completely waterproof while still excellently wicking away excess moisture from the inside.

• Four large front bellows pockets with typical folding openings for storing items. The main pockets are fleece-lined.
• A large non-detachable hood with a wire sewn in to give it the required shape. When needed, the hood rolls up and fastens at the back.
• The heavy-duty zip is protected by a flap secured with Velcro.
• Two vertical zipped chest pockets (with internal hand pockets).
• Behind the waist pockets there are fleece-lined hand-warmer pockets.
• All buttons are of the Canadian type and are concealed under flaps to prevent them from snagging on other items.
• Zips under the arms for ventilation.
• Velcro cuffs, with drawcords at the waist and hem.
• A buttoned chest panel for attaching a rank insignia.
