Virtus Bergen Rucksack GU 90L MTP

The British 90-litre Virtus Bergen rucksack is the newest British Army rucksack, ideally suited to any task. The rucksack has several compartments, and the main one has a double internal flap to keep your kit dry in any conditions. The shoulder and chest straps are padded for added comfort, and the rucksack also has top and side carry handles. The exterior of the rucksack is covered with MOLLE webbing, and there are also zips on the sides for attaching side pouches (not included). The top has 2 external zipped pockets, one of them with a waterproof lining. All zips meet military standards, so they are extremely durable and have pull tabs for an easy grip. There are drainage holes in the bottom of the rucksack.

• Orthopaedic back panel with a stiffening frame for comfortable load carriage.
• Contoured straps adjust from all sides and adapt to shoulder width, even when the rucksack is worn with body armour or a jacket.
• The adjustable chest strap prevents the shoulder straps from digging in and distributes the load evenly.

• Access to the main compartment via the top flap, and via the zip at the bottom and around the perimeter.
• 10-litre expandable main flap space for storing additional equipment.
• 6 l top lid with a padded pocket with an internal zipped compartment.

• Compatible with hydration systems (Rider or CamelBak) — inside there is a loop and an opening for routing the tube. The shoulder straps have hydration tube retainers.
• Compatible with the DWD dynamic weight distribution system, which distributes the weight between the shoulders and hips, improving the soldier's comfort and manoeuvrability. On the move, the load weight can be shifted at the press of a button from 100% on the shoulders through to 100% on the hips, and any combination in between.
• Compatible with the PLCE belt and Virtus body armour.
• Dependable materials — water-resistant fabric, resistant to wear and mechanical damage.
• IRR fabric, to reduce visibility in night vision devices.
• MOLLE modular attachment system across the whole surface — full compatibility with additional pouches, first aid kits, radios, canteen covers, etc.

• Elastic retaining loops prevent the strap ends from dangling.

The rucksack can be supplemented with 5 l side pouches or 7.5 l each (not included), which will further increase the usable capacity of the rucksack by 10 l or 15 l respectively.
