The Avon FM12 is one of the best-known military respirators in the world, developed by the British company Avon Protection for use by NATO forces, military units and law-enforcement agencies.
The FM12 is designed to protect against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats, as well as tear gas and smoke. Its well-thought-out design gives the mask a high level of comfort, a wide field of view and low breathing resistance, making it ideal for extended use in demanding conditions.
The low-profile design allows comfortable use of a weapon with a sight, optical devices, radio communications and other tactical equipment.
